This is also going towards 1st Avenue and St Marks Place. That's Tompkins Square park to the left. Law and Order loves using that park, as well as the Scene in Rent when Angel and Collins sing I'll Cover You. Not far from here is the Bowery, where CBGB's used to be, where the Ramones began.
